A concept build for a candlelit, farm-to-fork bistro in downtown Chico. Editorial, warm, and quietly expensive. Its centerpiece is a living menu wired to the kitchen: the moment a dish is 86’d, it greys out on the site in real time, so the menu online is never wrong.
